Close to the town center, shops, abbey church, museum, train station, Le Piaf theater and cinemas (7-minute walk), this house is an outbuilding of a former presbytery. Its half-timbered charm was enhanced by a quality renovation in 2024. The peace and quiet are a pleasant surprise.
The house comprises three levels served by a spiral staircase (be careful, it is narrow):
- on the first floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed (140×200);
- on the second floor, a bedroom with a double bed (160×200), a shower room and separate WC;
- on the second floor, an attic bedroom with a single bed (90×200).
The house also includes a private terrace.
